Booking Policy:

• A 30% deposit is required on booking. This can be paid via Credit/Debit card, Paypal or Cheque.

• Full balance is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

​

• Free cancellation on all bookings up until 7 days prior to check in.

• No refund shall be made if the booking is cancelled within 6 days prior to check in.

Room Policy:

• No Pets allowed

• Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms/house - a charge of €150 will be made if a room has been smoked in

• Maximum occupancy per room is 2 persons

• No children under the age of 10yrs

• Baby/cot facilities are not available

• On-street parking is available free of charge, subject to availability

• Due to stairs this B&B is not suitable for disabled guests

• There are no restaurants in the village, the closest restaurant is approx.5km from the B&B
